What are the Responsibilities of a Partner Institution?

As a partner institution, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the BEAM Venture program within your community. Here's what you can expect:​

  • Program Promotion and Student Selection: Spread awareness of BEAM Venture within your community and facilitate the selection of qualified students.

  • Team Formation and Leadership: Appoint capable Head advisor(s) to guide participating team(s).

  • Resource Allocation and Financial Support: Provide resources and materials for team operations, while seeking sustainable sponsorship arrangements.

  • Adherence to BEAM Venture Guidelines: Uphold program standards and foster an environment conducive to ethical conduct and learning.

  • Risk Management and Legal Compliance: Maintain comprehensive risk management protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Engagement and Communication: Actively participate in collaborative initiatives and maintain clear communication channels with BEAM Venture Institute.
